Don't starve, eat insects

Scientists from Mexico proposed that the human consumption of creepy-crawlies could help solve the big issue of mass starvation. They said insects can be a good source of protein, vitamins and minerals, and eating insects would reduce the consumption of meat. They also unearthed the fact that 1700 species of bugs are eaten in at least 113 countries across the globe.
