Salmonella Plagues US

McDonald's, Burger King, Wal-Mart and other restaurants and grocery chains in the US have stopped selling certain tomatoes as the US Food and Drug Administration warned a salmonella outbreak across more than 10 states is linked to eating this vegetable. McDonald's said Monday it has temporarily stopped serving sliced tomatoes on its hamburgers.
