S.Korea Cabinet may Resign

South Korea's entire cabinet including PM Han Seung Soo offered to resign Turesday to take responsibility for the government's handling of US beef imports, the Yonhap news agency reported. It was unclear whether President Lee Myung-bak would accept the resignations. About 1m people are expected to hold street rallies nationwide Tuesday night.
