Nepal fails to elect head

Parliamentarians in Nepal Saturday failed to elect the country's 1st president because none of the candidateds got half the required votes in the Constituent Assembly to be elected. Madhesi People's Rights Forum candidate Paramananda Jha was elected as the 1st vice president of the Federal Democratic Republic of Nepal. Another election for the president will be held again Monday.
